We hiked to Kolob Arch in Zion National Park on La Verkin Creek Trail. We started at Lee Pass Trailhead and did the 14 mile hike in Kolob Canyons in 1 day.

Bluejohn Canyon, Utah, gained fame after Aron Ralston amputated his arm there. We hiked to the slot canyon where he was trapped for 180 hours.

We hiked to the Morning Glory Arch on a scenic hike through Grandstaff Canyon in Moab, Utah. It's an easy hike with a rewarding view at the end of a natural arch.

Bike downhill along the Shelf Road from Cripple Creek to the Bank Campground. The scenery is stunning, including old mines and amazing rock formations.
