Insane Luxury RV Lots You Can Buy if You Have an Extra $300,000-$1M to Spare

One of the latest trends to hit the RV world is the advent of luxury RV resorts.

These fancy RV communities usually have a large RV parking space with full hookups in a resort packed with amenities you might find at a typical hotel-based resort.

If you have an extra $300,000 to $1 million lying around, check out these fancy luxury RV lots. They may just be the most expensive RV parks out there.

Luxury RV Lot Amenities

They include amenities such as large clubhouses, pools, spas, restaurants, and even golf courses. These luxury RV resorts are usually located in hotbeds of vacation areas, such as Key West in Florida, Palm Springs in California, and even in the mountains of North Carolina.

But don’t call them an RV park or a campground.

They like to be called “Luxury RV Resorts” and even go so far as instructing you on their website to not call them an RV park. For instance, Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort advertises its amenities on its website by saying, “please don’t call us an RV park.” Instead they say they are “the summit of luxury motorcoach resorts…. literally.”

Many of these luxury RV resorts cater to luxury Class A motorhomes, or motorcoaches, as they are called in this community. In fact, you usually have to own a newer model year luxury motorcoach (e.g., Prevost) to even be allowed to buy an RV lot in their community.

In all fairness, some of these luxury RV lots are not what we would usually consider to be an RV lot.

Many include little houses, affectionately called casitas, coach houses, bungalows, or something similar. Some even include full-scale houses, with just an extra nice place to park the motorcoach outside.

Bluewater Key Luxury RV Resort, Florida: $875,000

This gorgeous RV lot is located in the Florida Keys directly on the water. This lot #65 can be yours for $875,000. The private lot features mature coconut palm trees and lush landscaping with commercial landscape lighting.

We stayed at the Bluewater Key Luxury RV Resort for about a week in a rental lot, and it really is fabulous!

Motorcoach Country Club, California: $769,900

If you’ve got an extra $769,900 laying around, this new construction RV lot is waiting for you in Palm Springs in California. It features an oversized salt water pool/spa with a cobblestone patio area and parking for two cars. The lot is waterfront with a private boat dock.

Hearthside Grove Luxury Motorcoach Resort, Michigan: $599,999

Hearthside Grove Luxury Motorcoach Resort is located in the scenic woods of northwest Michigan. It boasts an active community with daily events for residents. Services and activities include spa services, coach services, bungalow cleaning, restaurants, nature hikes, golf, and more.

Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort, Alabama: $549,000

The Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort is located in Orange Beach, Alabama on 32 acres with 111 luxury RV lots. Guests have access to the Buena Vista resort features, including a lazy river, three pools, hot tub, splash pad, water slide, and more.

Pelican Lake Luxury Motor Coach Resort, Florida: $475,000

The Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains in western North Carolina. It features oversized motorcoach sites with full hookups and enhancements including patios, outdoor grill kitchens, and coach cottages. The resort also features community amenities including a private clubhouse lodge, pickleball, bocce ball, two pools and bath houses, a catering kitchen, and more.

This double lot of sites 40 and 41 is for sale for $425,000. It is located at the top of a hill below a waterfall. It has a nice patio with outdoor kitchen and seating area.

Desert Shores Luxury Motorcoach RV Resort, California: $415,000

For the measly sum of $415,000, this lot in the Desert Shores Luxury Motorcoach RV Resort includes your own private salt water pool and 1,200 square foot villa. The lot also has a garage with an epoxy floor, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and an outdoor BBQ bar and grill area.

Located in the Palm Springs area of southern California, the resort features other amenities, including lush landscaping, community pool and spa, perimeter wall security fence, and 10,000 square foot clubhouse.

Heritage Motorcoach Resort & Marina, Alabama: $398,000

Heritage Motorcoach Resort and Marina is located along the Gulf of Mexico in southern Alabama. The resort has a private marina connected to the Gulf of Mexico via Bayou St. John. The resort features many amenities, including a large clubhouse, infinity pool with hot tub spa, and pavilion on the marina.

The Motorcoach Village of the Stone Ridge Golf and Resort is located in Blanchard, Idaho, which is about 30 minutes from the popular recreational area of Coeur d’Alene. The Motorcoach Village is a part of a larger resort with many amenities, including a 19 hole professional golf course and several pools.

Final Thoughts on Luxury RV Lots For Sale

Even if you can’t afford to buy one of these luxury RV lots, you may be in luck as many of these and other luxury RV resorts have RV sites that are available for rent.

Of course, you may be required to have a luxury class A motorcoach to be able to stay there, so be sure to check with their rules before making a reservation.

Alternatively, you could just drive your Class A RV onto the Rollerboat, and cruise around on the water somewhere.
